Chef Bridgette is our School Administrator and Exams Secretary.
Chef B graduated with Advanced Diploma and has over 25 years of kitchen and hospitality experience both locally and abroad. This includes stints at the President Hotel, Mount Nelson Hotel, Fedics Food Services, Rareside Grill, Coffee Shop owner and as a Catering Unit Manager.
Chef B manages and co-ordinates all chef school activities, evening lifestyle cooking classes, outside function catering, and all corporate teambuilds.
Chef B is also responsible for all the student experiential learning and inservice placements, and lecturers the first years.
