Chef Candice is a qualified CATHSSETA registered Assessor, holds a National Certificate in Professional Cookery, a City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation, a City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts with Distinction, and a City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Cookery Supervision. Candice is Senior-Sous chef and oversees kitchen training.

Chef Tayla is an Olympic Bronze Medalist, SA Junior Team member, qualified registered Assessor, holds a City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation, a City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts with Distinction, and a City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Cookery Supervision. Tayla is our Junior Sous Hot Kitchen Chef.

• Tayla was the 2015 SA Worldskills - Cooking winner

• Tayla represented South Africa at the 2015 Worldskills competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• Tayla represented South Africa and won a Bronze medal at the 2016 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.
Chef Zazz is an Olympic Bronze Medalist, SA Junior Team member, qualified Assessor, holds a City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation, a City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts, and a City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie with Distinction. Zazz is our Pastry Chef and specialist lecturer.
